Chicken Aloo Ka Korma is a tasty restaurant style chicken potato curry that can be enjoyed with pulao or rice or ghee rice as well as roti and parota

METHOD 1.Grind few ingredients Cashewnuts - 8 Fried onions - 3 medium sized Yogurt - 100 gram Green chillies - 4 GRIND AND KEEP THIS PASTE ASIDE 2.FOR MARINATION Chicken - 750 grams TO THIS ADD Yogurt - 100 gram Red chilli powder - 3 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon Salt - 1 teaspoon Tomato - 1 crushed Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon Ground paste MIX IT AND MARINATE FOR AN HOUR IN REFRIGERATOR 3.Potatoes - 1/2 kilo, peel the skin and cut it into medium sized pieces and keep aside 4.In a pan heat oil - 5 tablespoon TO THIS ADD Star anise - 1 Black pepper corn - 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom - 3 Cloves - 5 Cinnamom sticks - 2 FRY THEM FOR 10 SECONDS 5.Then add the marinated chicken and roast it for 10 minutes then add some water and cook chicken till 60% done. 6.Now add potatoes and roast and cook till potatoes and chicken is well cooked and tender 7.Open lid add few coriander and mint leaves Diced green chillies - 2 Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon MIX WELL 8.Add little water miox well cook for 5 minutes and it is done 9.Chicken aloo korma is ready to serve.
